RED BLUFF, Calif. (AP) — A small Northern California city has banned medical marijuana growing and dispensing, a move opponents say will bring lawsuits.
Red Bluff’s city council approved two measures Tuesday night restricting the drug.

I am so glad to see the change in our laws. As my fathers caregiver while he was dieing of cancer. I had to turn to the black market in Arizona to help him. But I am also a beliver in ALL of us honoring what the voters want. That includes the Government. If the voters said know,then we should honor there wishes. Is there a problem opening 1 just out side city limits. They can't stop that. As long as they don't try to pass thier own law making it illegal for you to have it in YOUR OWN HOME!!! Then let them pass the revenue on to thier neighbors.
